Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Coat fish fillets in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden and crispy.
- Mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, and lemon juice to make tartar sauce.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Assemble sandwich with fish and tartar sauce.
