Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Beat the egg in another bowl.
  3. Coat fish fillets in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry fish until golden and crispy.
  5. Mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, and lemon juice to make tartar sauce.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Assemble sandwich with fish and tartar sauce.
