Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Place flour in another dish and beaten eggs in a third dish.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Mix ranch dressing with chopped parsley for the dip.
  8. Serve chicken tenders hot with ranch dip.
