  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dip chicken slices in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Place slider buns on a baking sheet. Layer marinara sauce, cooked chicken, and mozzarella cheese on each bun.
