- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken slices in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet. Layer marinara sauce, cooked chicken, and mozzarella cheese on each bun.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
- Chicken can be air-fried for a healthier option.
- Assemble sliders just before serving to prevent sogginess.
