- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While the chicken is baking, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl to make the dip.
