Instructions
- Preheat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken cube into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Carefully place coated chicken bites in hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
