Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the hash brown mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet, pressing it down to form a compact layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares or wedges.
- Serve hot as a delicious breakfast or side dish.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil the hashbrowns for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
