- 4 white fish fillets (cod or haddock)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for fries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat fish fillets in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then press into breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry fish for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden.
- Sprinkle fries with extra Parmesan cheese before serving.

- Serve with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
