Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush salmon fillets with Dijon mustard.
- Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and salmon flakes easily.
