- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into even-sized fries.
- Soak fries in cold water for 30 minutes, then pat dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add fries in a single layer, cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Check for crispiness, cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Soaking removes excess starch for crispier fries.
