  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat chicken tenders in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumb mix.
  4. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
