Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in milk, Velveeta cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot.

Notes
