A creamy and cheesy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and rotini pasta smothered in a rich Velveeta and mozzarella garlic cheese sauce.

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in milk, Velveeta cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add an additional 1/4 cup of milk.
- Substitute rotini with penne or fusilli if preferred.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese.
