Description

A creamy and flavorful dish combining shrimp, chicken, and Tuscan-inspired ingredients for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Return chicken and shrimp to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot over rice or pasta.

Notes

  • Use fresh shrimp for best results.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
  • Substitute spinach with kale if preferred.
