Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add sundried tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Serve hot.
