- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add sundried tomatoes and chicken broth, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
