- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Fold in the thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
