  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  4. Fold in the thawed spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
