- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 12 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
