- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups béchamel (white sauce)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp turns pink (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles, followed by shrimp, béchamel sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Let lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
