Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups béchamel (white sauce)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp turns pink (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
  5. Spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, followed by shrimp, béchamel sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat layers twice, ending with cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
