Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes or grilled chicken for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Lower heat and stir in pesto and heavy cream. Mix well.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
