A quick and easy dish with tender chicken in a creamy parmesan garlic sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta or vegetables.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
