- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrot slices
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, mixing until well combined. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the creamy mustard sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, steam the broccoli, carrots, and green beans until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the creamy mustard chicken with the steamed vegetables on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- You can substitute chicken thighs for a juicier option.
