  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and whole grain mustard. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the creamy mustard sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
