- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
