Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
  5. Add spinach, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until spinach wilts.

  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
