- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese and thyme. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
