  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
