Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
