Description
A quick and easy creamy garlic chicken pasta that’s perfect for a weeknight dinner. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s rich, flavorful, and sure to please the whole family.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb), sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink (5-6 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, then stir in parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return cooked chicken to the skillet and add the drained pasta. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra vegetables.
- Leftovers keep well refrigerated for up to 3 days.
