Ingredients

  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  5. Add gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.

  7. Return chicken to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.
