Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken.
