- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the mixture and toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken.
- You can substitute cream of mushroom soup for cream of chicken soup.
- Add a dash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
