Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add butter, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the creamy chicken mushroom mixture over rice.
