Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

  • Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for extra tenderness.
