Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Return chicken to the skillet.
- Pour in heavy cream and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use boneless, skinless chicken thighs for extra tenderness.
- Add spinach for extra greens.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
