Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in cooked chicken, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Combine pasta with the creamy chicken mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Notes
- Substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for variation.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
