Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked chicken, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Combine pasta with the creamy chicken mixture.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
