A creamy and delicious chicken alfredo pasta dish that’s easy to make at home.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until done.
- Remove chicken and slice.
- In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add heavy cream and simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to sauce.
- Toss to coat and serve.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Reserve some pasta water to adjust sauce thickness.
- Add vegetables like broccoli if desired.
