- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan (for crust)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cooked pasta, chicken, and Alfredo sauce in a baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan, then sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add steamed broccoli for extra veggies.
