- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Stir in butter and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
