A rich and flavorful pasta dish with tender beef strips, coated in a creamy Cajun garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb beef strips
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season beef strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef strips until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked spaghetti and beef strips to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less spice.
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
