- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Toss in the cooked penne pasta and mix well to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
