  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside.
