- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, parmesan, thyme, and oregano. Stir until smooth.
- Return sliced chicken to the pan. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Serve hot with extra parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for color.
