Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, parmesan, thyme, and oregano. Stir until smooth.
  5. Return sliced chicken to the pan. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot with extra parmesan if desired.
