- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until done. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked linguine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
