Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until done. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked linguine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat.
