Ingredients

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add Cajun seasoning, onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta and milk, stirring until cheese melts.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately.

  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste
