Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook until spinach wilts.
  4. Mix ricotta, Parmesan, and egg in a bowl. Combine with beef mixture.
  5. Stuff cannelloni tubes with the filling.
  6. Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish. Arrange stuffed cannelloni on top.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the cannelloni.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
