- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and lay flat.
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on each noodle.
- Spoon the cheese mixture onto each noodle and roll them up.
- Place roll-ups in a baking dish, seam-side down.
- Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and extra cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
