Description

Delicious lasagna roll-ups filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, spinach, and cheese, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and lay flat.
  3. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on each noodle.
  5. Spoon the cheese mixture onto each noodle and roll them up.
  6. Place roll-ups in a baking dish, seam-side down.
  7. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and extra cheese.
