- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for fries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over fries and serve with pasta.
Notes
- Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- For extra crispiness, broil fries for 2-3 minutes at the end.
