- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can (15 oz) cream corn
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, cream corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. If using, add in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
