  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, cream corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and black pepper. If using, add in the shredded cheddar cheese.
