  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Mix pumpkin puree, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla.
  6. Pour half the pumpkin batter into the pan.
  7. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly.
  8. Top with remaining pumpkin batter.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  10. Cool before slicing.
