These cranberry brie bites are the perfect Thanksgiving appetizer. They combine creamy brie, sweet cranberry sauce, and flaky puff pastry for a delicious bite-sized treat.

- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
- Top each with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of rosemary.
- Fold the pastry edges over the filling and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
