Description

Crispy crab rangoon made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  4. Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the rangoon in the basket without overlapping.
  6. Spray the tops with cooking spray.
  7. Cook at 370°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
