Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently mix until well combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  3. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels before serving.
