A creamy, nutritious pasta sauce made with cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and heat through.
- Serve over your favorite pasta.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness by adding more or less milk.
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
