- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter, softened (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, blend cottage cheese, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll tightly, slice into equal pieces, and place in the baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Optional: Drizzle with icing or serve warm.

- Use full-fat cottage cheese for a richer texture.
- Let dough rest for 10 minutes before rolling for easier handling.
