- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Spoon small amounts of the cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, forming small chips.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and flip the chips for even cooking.
- Once done, remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
