  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  3. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Spoon small amounts of the cottage cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, forming small chips.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Check halfway through and flip the chips for even cooking.
  6. Once done, remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
