- 1 lb corned beef, cooked and shredded
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place shredded corned beef on each tortilla.
- Add cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro on top of the beef.
- Dollop sour cream on each taco.
- Squeeze lime juice over the tacos before serving.
